  2. Add shucked corn, cover, and cook 3-5 minutes.

  3. Drain, slather with butter, and season.

 Grilling (Smoky & Charred)

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.

  2. Brush corn with melted butter (or oil).

  3. Grill 10-12 mins, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.

 Microwave (Fastest!)

  1. Wrap unhusked corn in a damp paper towel.

  2. Microwave 3-4 mins per ear.
