Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Garlic 3 cloves Minced
Paprika 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika adds extra depth
Dried thyme 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Fresh parsley 2 tablespoons Chopped, for garnish

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 zucchini, sliced

  • 8 oz mushrooms, halved

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
