Snoop Dogg’s Easy Meatloaf

Instructions

  1. Prep & Preheat
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork (if using), breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and any optional spices. Mix gently until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

  3. Shape & Glaze
Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape into an even loaf. Spread a generous layer of ketchup (or a mix of ketchup and a touch of brown sugar) over the top.

  4. Bake
Bake for 55–65 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). For a caramelized finish, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end.

  5. Rest & Serve
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or your favorite side.

Snoop’s Pro Tips

  • For extra flavor, add a handful of shredded cheese or finely chopped bell peppers to the mix.

  • A blend of beef and pork makes a juicier, more flavorful meatloaf.

  • Leftovers? Slice thick and enjoy in a sandwich the next day.

Easy, satisfying, and made with a whole lotta flavor—just like the Doggfather intended.
